Standard Shipping
All delivery times depend on carrier transit based on the shipping method selected in checkout. Please note, that transit time does not include holidays or weekends. Dance Lashes is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, this includes but not limited to transportation failures, inclement weather, shortage of materials or labor strikes.
Domestic Shipping
Rate based on delivery address.
International Shipping
Rate based on delivery address.
Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 days processing time for your order.

Refused Packages
A $15 Non-Delivery Inconvenience Fee will be charged to the payment method selected during checkout for refused shipments.

Returns & Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges, due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes.
Damaged Items
In a inconvenient event you receive a damaged item, we may replace it.
For damaged item(s), please send your order # and photo of item to info@dancelashes.com
