It is my first time wearing lashes, which pair of lashes should I get?

We recommend starting with Petite Lashes and working your way up to medium to full sizes. We provide an eye shape guide to assist you with finding the perfect pair of lashes to match your eye shape. You can also send us a email at info@dancelashes.com or direct message us on our social media pages for a quick reply.

Are these lashes reusable?

Yes! Our lashes are reusable up to 20 wears with proper care. See lash care step by step guide.

It is my first time and/or I have a hard time applying lashes. What can I do?

We recommend using a eyelash applicator when applying your lashes for easy of use. Opting for our Magnetic Lashes  is a great start for first timers. Opting for our lash adhesive eyeliner is a great choice vs glue. We offer a lash care step by step guide, in addition to sharing lash tips and tricks on our social media pages.

How do I apply my lashes?

See Lash Care Step by Step Guide>

How do I remove my eyelashes?

We recommend using a makeup wipe, makeup remover or coconut oil with a cotton swab when removing false eyelashes or beauty products. First, remove your lashes from the end corner of your eye (not the inner tear drop area). Second, peel the lash off slowly with your fingers and makeup remover of choice as the easiest and safest technique.

My eyelashes are a little longer on the end, can I trim them?

Yes you can. We recommend trimming your lashes from the end corner (not the inner corner closest to the tear drop area) and working your way in using small adjustment cuts. We do not recommend trimming your lashes from the inner corner closest to the tear drop area as this will change the shape of your lashes. If you have medium or full shape lashes that are all the same length, you may be able trim from either end but be sure to check the stands on the end before making any adjustment cuts.

I or my child has a medical condition that requires special glue prescribed by my dermatologist. Can I use any glue with your lashes?

Yes, you can use any adhesive of your choice. We recommend consulting with your doctor on recommendations for you.

How do I clean my eyelashes?

We recommend using gentle soap and water. See lash care step by step guide.
